I’ve spent 20 years as a Mediator stepping into resolve upsets within NHS teams, up and down the country.

But…I’ve been part of the problem. Who am I to resolve conflicts in your team? I believe leaders should own the solution.

I’m on a mission to empower leaders to resolve conflict within their teams before it becomes a problem. An approach that breaks the cycle so many disputes get caught up in.

My vision is for all leaders, particularly within the healthcare industry, to be taught how to resolve disputes proactively. To help their team find a better way of working together.
